building a new house thought I would try them out HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. the Customer Service people are great but if you want new service you have wait on the 1 sales rep for a whole region to call you back. which is not all that persons fault but unless you know exactly what you want don't call because your not going to get a certified technician to come to your home to make sure everything is going to work out or give you the best option. then send people to the wrong work site(ie. my home) and run over driveway boards and I have to pay to have fixed. call and tell them this happens and mangers never call back or try and fix any of the issues... so ya great experience

I own a business and we use A LOT of propane but yeah if you want anything delivered to your home and you call, you never get a call back.

ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone is straight up RUDE. I will not be using them OR recommending them to anyone.
