I gave this T-Mobile location one star only because I couldn’t give it zero stars.I was trying to switch my service from Version to T - Mobile and also get their home Wi-Fi.After I agreed to the services and price I was told it was up to me to contact Verizon to get my account information.As I was attempting to do so I had 3 people telling me what information I had to get from Verizon, all at the same time.Even when I was talking to Verizon customer service they all 3 continued to tell me what they needed to know so they could activate a new phone for me.A friend of mine went to another T-Mobile store a few days ago and told me that she walked in gave them her name and Verizon phone number and everything was taken care of by the sales person and she left a short time later happy with the service and a new phone.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The rep that I talked to on the T-Mobile number assured me that she would remove the repair warranty off my account because we didn't ask for it and we don't need it she said it would be off and the bill will go down to what the rep at the office on Dixon Rd said it would be around $120. I'm going to call back to the billing department and ask for my bill to be credited my money back to me and going forward my account corrected with no repair warranty on it coming out of my auto pay.

Bad customer service. Just disconnected my home internet without calling me. The 2nd time it happened because my wallet that has my card i used to pay automatically got lost and i deactivated my cards. Forgitvivi use it to pay my bill. They sent my bill yo the collector.

Thank you guys so Much i was finally able to do everything I needed to do. Although I left the store without everything being fixed (my fault) when I called customer service, they were able to call the store and Khadijah was able to save the day. Always remember Khadijah dont need ya, but I damn sure did need her (inside joke) thanks to the whole team! Speacial shout out to the *Beard Gang*

The mobile experts at this location are Truly Experts!!! **All**employees are Extremely Helpful, Polite, and Knowledgeable!!! This location is the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and I will definitely conduct all future business here!!!

Not sure why but i decided to switch carriers and get new phones and plans. I'd been with AT & T for years and looked for a better plan. Sprint had a slightly better plan and i decided to go with them. Here's my problem: it is now 2020 and i was thinking all carriers were equal as far as coverage goes. Whoa!! Sprint has been VERY, VERY SPOTTY with me. I can barely get online in most places i go and I'm constantly dropping calls. Sprint should not be allowed to sell plans in Shelby, NC until there is sufficient coverage.

Khadijah was very helpful gave me her expert advice on buying a phone. I ended up saving a few hundred dollars by leasing the A50 and not wasting money on a 1000 dollar phone! Dont believe the hype. If you want to get real time real money saving advice, stop here and ask for her. She is the truth and an asset to Sprint. Saved money and I am waaaay under budget on what I wanted to spend on service per month. Thanks Khadijah!

With an owners manual,there were a few differences in operation from older phone. The tech support received at the store was very helpful. Also got an I pad at the same time, still learning.

Nice location and the manager there is very helpful
