Thanks to the young man,Noah I am now a Spectrum Mobile customer. He worked tirelessly to change both devices over and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the great customer service I received. It is such a rarity today.

Cheryl helped me save on my phone bill and gave the smoothest setup of two phones I've had in a long time! Walked away super happy with my setup kit. She was the best rep I've spoken to at a cable/phone company in many years, excellent service with tons of compassion and charisma! She set me and my girl up with a new phone and kept our numbers, saved us 40 on our phone bill and got upgrades for both of us. Cheryl needs a promotion and a hearty raise in my opinion!! Hope she makes employee of the month and gets a bonus on top of it all!!!!

The man that worms in there real tall& skinny with glasses is the rudest person I've ever meet. He will talk over you, while your sitting there trying explain what is it you want. Not only that he kept the lady at the counter help her up for 45 min trying to sell a phone she kept telling him that she wasn't interested. If could a -5 I would

Switched from cricket. I've had spectrum internet for years but have their mobile now & so glad I switched. So glad to have 1 bill & cheaper with internet & 3 lines.

I used to play online video games on my off work days. I had Road Runner.Spectrum wants me to pay 3 times as much to have the same internet. If I could give you less than 1 star, I would.

I went in to get my Pixel 3XL connected which had been connected weeks prior, they try to tell me it's not compatible!! And I'm looking at them like nah. That's not right. So they give me a SIM card and say I'll call the manager and the manager did not get anything done either. So I leave this as an ad phone to my lines, service, blah blah I got more done on the phone than in person and then they messed it up as well. So it's well over 24 hours. All money has been approved and paid but no phone service for the added line. Then I'm told it might be a week. Yeah I don't think so, I'm not very happy with spectrum at all at this point in time! I think all services need to be questioned that I have in my home at this point in time.

Came in to reduce bill by decreasing internet speed. Email confirmation reflected a $20 increase. Went back next day to have rep fix. Left store with written notation of new monthly cost. Email confirmation later that day reflects $6 increase. Will be going back AGAIN.

This company is a scam! First i find out I'm paying for an ultra package I wasn't getting and when I say something about it they cut off my internet. I vented on Facebook and turns out they're doing this to a lot of people.Edit; Unless you're going through all the people's plans you've messed up in the last couple of weeks then there's no point in contacting you
