Went in for a nail removal. I waited 45 minutes to be seen after being told it would be a few minutes. I told them multiple times I no longer wanted acrylic nails and wanted them removed. The lady kept trying to do a fill-in. She started getting stuff out to redo the acrylic, I stopped her and said I want them removed. The lady proceeded to rip the nails off. Causing gashes in my real nails, with two of them starting to bleed. It was only $10 but my real nails are destroyed.

Customer service was horrible. I went in for a pedicure and the tech claims she didn’t hear me so I was only given a polish change. When I pointed it out in the book, I was told that they don’t go by that and then asked to leave. Never will I ever go back.

The water was hot and almost burnt my
feet then when dealing with clipping my toes I was cut too deep and developed an infection and charged extra after I already paid what was meant to be paid

Absolutely the best! Walked right in, great music super clean and very friendly! Pedicure chairs have a leg rest I’ve never seen before making it even more comfortable! Had a broken toe nail took care of that painlessly. Coming back soon, thanks!

The older woman Leah, who is the owner is very rude and she is rough. They are not very friendly to new customers just to their usual customers. They speak over you and to each other. There is one nail technician in there she has the nastiest attitude. It's not a friendly environment. Me and my daughter went so I could get a manicure along with my toes painted and I used regular polish. She got gel polish, they over charged. We paid 70.00 for one gel manicure, regular manicure, and my toes painted. I let my daughter Pay while my nails dried. I was like 70.00 later when I realized it. No one got acrylics. She said Sophie was nice, Micheal is nice. Leah has a nasty attitude.

Me and my cousin went to Sophie nails for the first time on New Year’s Eve and waited for about an hour or two for a pedicure and manicure. As we was waiting I noticed that when she finished this man’s pedicure she put all of her dirty equipment in a bucket and took it to the back and dumped them into the sink and used a nail brush and some hand soap and washed her equipment for maybe 5 seconds and rinsed the bucket out with water and put the equipment back in and went to the next client and done her pedicure. When she got done she did the same thing and then came to me to do my pedicure. When we asked her if she sanitized her equipment she said she had to go ask someone and came back and said that she used barbicide. So when we asked how she just cleaned her tools she had to go ask someone even though she’s the one that just did it and then she came back and lied to us. So me and my cousin just got up and left.

They did a phenomenal job Michael was so nice and really made sure everything was right. The girl who did the design on my nails was so nice and did such a good job. I can’t stress enough how amazing she did!!!!! This was the first time my nails have looked exactly like the reference photo. I have never had such a good experience at a nail place. If I could give 10 stars I would 100/10 I will never go to another nail place ever again they did AMAZING!! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NAILSServices: Pedicures

I was a walk in for a pedicure and they took me right away. The girl did such a good job! So thorough and gentle. She was really sweet. Definitely keeping this as my nail place now
