This place is a rip-off. My driver called them for an Air leak repair and they charged him $1067 without fixing anything. We had to tow our truck. Stay away from this place. I wish I saw the previous comment

Stay away from this place. They are rude and they charge crazy price for the work they can't do.

NEVER AGAIN don't trust this place period they are rude they lie came and got my lawn mower last Tuesday said it would take couple days to repair needed the switch fixed that cuts blade on and off so I thought while he has it after charging $60 to pick it up I would have him to tune it up change oil and filters I called after couple days he said he was just looking at it then.....so we wait till Tuesday which made a week no lawn mower...called Wednesday he said it would be $580 see me Thursday waited at home all day Thursday again no lawnmower so he calls finally Friday morning wanted payment before he even brought lawnmower my plans was to write him a check but no he wanted credit card or cash so I hesitated to give him my credit card info because of the lies and rudeness of the week I acknowledged....so anyway when he got here lawnmower ignition still not fixed and everything he says he did whatever.....ended up being $640 pissed away..so that being said I will diffently loose that number so BEWARE

I have dealt with this place twice, but never again. Everyone here is rude and unhelpful. The place looks like a junk yard. They sent me off the first time without hooking any lights up. They acted like helping me hook the trailer up at all was an imposition. All around a low class, trashy place. UHaul is doing a disservice to its brand by allowing them to continue to franchise.
