I visited the Shelby Pharmacy on 2-13-24 and I was absolutely amazed by the staff here.I was given a prescription by my dermatologist that had to be compounded so he sent me here. I was greeted warmly as soon as I approached the counter and was told they could have my prescription ready quickly. I sat down and then one of the ladies behind the counter asked me if I wanted a lollipop while I waited and I said, yes!Who does that anymore? I thought it was awesome!Before I knew it my prescription had been filled and the pharmacist came out to greet me and gave me instructions for my medication. He told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns.Thank y'all so much for just being nice!I wish I lived closer!Amy Barker

We moved from Walgreens to Shelby Drug because of many reasons and LOVE Shelby drug!! They are kind, quick and so helpful. Best pharmacy choice ever!

I had a horrible experience here. There was a miscommunication on the refill of my meds due to an error in their website saying it was available for refill and before you think it, no it was not a narcotic nor any opioid. The lady called me and flipped out on me screamed at me then told me bc I tried to refill it she was going to make me wait three more days when the med was due to be filled before then. So she was punishing me. After she finished screaming at me she hung up on me. It was a short acting muscle relaxer I take for Heart failure and I have to have it. These pharmacies think they are God's. One day they'll get the wrong person.

Shelby Drug has an amazing staff. They are so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. My son has special medical needs and they always go above and beyond to accommodate us. They have made very loyal customers out of us.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. The staff is friendly and polite. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Angel is very helpful when you call and have questions about refills. I would not have my prescriptions filled at any other pharmacy. A local pharmacy that puts patient care first.
