Would not recommend Sears! Their AI automation system is a joke. Customer service is the worst. Techs have been out for same problem multiple times… still not fixed! GE washer is still not working! Service Contract is useless! Over 1 month without a washer! Can’t even give them a 1 star.

It went very well. He was very nice and polite. He did the job in such a timely manner it didn't take him long at all. And he also answered the questions that I had ask him. He was a very good service technician. Appreciate him and his work.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and detailed about the work he did. He was thorough about his work and tried to find out all the information about the product. As well as being thorough, he was very friendly.

Despite some other reviews this place is great! The people here go out of their way to help you even if they don't carry what you want. They will try to get it in for you. I need a new entertainment center and they don't have furniture but she helped me find what I wanted.

I went online and was inquiring about a drill driver combo and a drill driver tool, each were on sale, so I called the store. The store indicated the driver that was offered for $89.99 was the same driver that was offered with the drill and driver combo for $99.99, so I asked if they had them in stock and she stated she did. So I drove for a half hour to the store and sure enough she had both the driver and the drill and driver combo in stock, but the catch is this. She told me THEN that if I bought it in the store it would cost me $10.00 more and I asked if I ordered it on line from my home now could I get the lesser price and she indicated that there was no telling when she would get the online order in to give me the item that was in her stock at that time. Why did she not tell that it would cost me $10.00 more if I did not order it on line from home and subsequently pick it up in the store, NO, it was after I told her that it was on sale for $89.99 (she was silent!) and I had to drive a half hour to get there. So I wasted an hour or so of my time to deal with a conniving store owner who could have been up front with me in the first place; I even mentioned that I had bought a drill and four batteries from her last year; YIKES!!! No wonder Sears is going down the tubes and out of business; they deserve to fall with customer service like that and when her store closes I will not shed a tear for that would be deserved. I am no longer a Sears customer period and hence I will only buy Ridgid or Bosch tools from Home Depot.
