This actually wasn't a bad place at all. I've been in some others that really didn't smell very nice. That wasn't the case here. This store obviously had recently received a renovation and looked good. It's well stocked and some furniture in here looked interesting.

i called about help with furniture voucher for low income. the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional assuming my age and disregarding my situation. very rude attitude and did not care to help further. very disappointing. and very misleading that everyone has sent me to the salvation army for help and i have gotten none. been homeless for 6 months. honestly crazy.

This is a new location for Salvation Army. I didn't know they were moving until one day driving by noticed they moved to this new place. Decided to go in and check it out. From outside it looked smaller than it was.I like that they help the community with free food. They were giving away produce and some food items. A girl told me she goes daily to get what they have to help with her groceries. Walked around to see the changes. One thing I noticed that I did not like is sizes of clothing was not sorted just placed wherever on the racks. So looking you had to literally go through everything. The specials are a colored tag that changes. This day was yellow. So looking for yellow tags were few and far in between.Over all prices were not the best on some things, priced higher than some thrift stores.Especially if clothing has a hole or rip. Maybe over looked but most likely it won't sell.Id go back sometime just to see if there was anything i couldn't live without.

All was great except for check out. They need to have both registers open so you don't have to stand in line so long to check out.

nobody that answers the phone there obviously wants to do their job if you're a community resource and you're supposed to help the community you would think you would be more community friendly and be able and available to help people when they call nobody answers the phone and then when you finally get in contact with them they're nasty they need to be remodeled.I hope somebody important sees this!!!!

Went there for assistance with a power bill and the old black lady at the desk was rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to ask me for my information & then when I gave it to her, she became very aggressive. She snatched the papers from my hand, looked them over and said in an angry tone "we can't help you" when I asked "why" she refused to answer, grabbed the clipboard from my hands and began cursing me. I thought this was a place to help people, not harm them. This lady was very rude unprofessional and very angry. People like that have no place in professions meant to help people.
