when you live through the ordeal i have post accident by someone who hit my car and ran leaving their car behind - and dealing with dishonest people at the dealership it came from - richie’s saved us - and the process was so much less stressful! i can’t tell them enough how grateful i am and that i appreciate a place of integrity! its truly refreshing!

It was by far the best customer service experience ever. The ladies at the front are genuinely kind, and aim to make sure the customer is satisfied. They texted, e-mailed, and called with updates every step of the process. Only one very minor issue. The steering wheel was slightly off center after they had to perform an alignment. The mechanic, Mike tried to debate that, but the alignment guy, Dale seen it and fixed it no problem. I will definitely call on Ritchie's Body Shop if I'm ever in need again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Well they had my jeep for 4 months and I call to get a report and progress and it seems like a run around. I've asked for pictures of the progress and I still have not got one, my last call was Thursday May16th they said it was in detail I should be able to get it Friday, that was a week ago I don't know about any one else but 4 months is a bit extreme to have someones vehicle for the damage that was done. If any one else needs body work I would definitely look around I haven't seen my jeep in 4 months but I still have to make the payment. Hope this helps any one else needing repairs.

Staff was awesome ..work was perfect ..and got everything done on time actually a day early..that place is awesome ..and Margie in the front office is very very helpful and overall a very nice lady she handled everything without me having to make one phone call..will definitely refer a friend and bring them my business anytime I need it

Margie and Heather were incredibly helpful. Margie was incredibly kind and welcoming and very personable. She was very comforting especially due to the fact that this has been an incredibly stressful time since I had a car accident and my car was in their possession at the time. Heather was very knowledgeable and kind. The men that assisted me in collecting my things were also very friendly and helpful. I had an over all great experience with the employees at Richies body shop and would recommend them based off of how they assisted me.
