I am further updating my review. The GM I give 5 stars. While I am only putting in 4 stars, the service department commercial states repeatedly how they have loaner cars and book your service, etc. My car was in the shop, and they did a really good job, however, no matter how much I begged for a loaner I was not given one. I live 10 miles out of town and that is my only vehicle. That is why they get a 4 star rating. ~~~~~~~~~~~~This part of the review is from earlier and the GM made things right. Derren Yerby gets things done. 5 stars for him. ~~~~~~~~~~~ I have talked with the GM and they are making things right. I have changed my review.

I recommend everything and everyone..This dealership if packed full of exceptionally talented people..They are ALL so helpful and wonderful..even the Service dept is staffed with kind and considerent employees..Always greeted with a smile..people who are trying to make a living like everyone else..not out to rob or cheat..I love this place..and a special shout out to Wilbur Armstrong and Tyler..Good People..

??????? ?Renaldo Auto Mall ?Newly built dealership comfortable atmosphere with well trained sales staff.Residents of Cleveland County NC are familiar with the 2013 estate settlement of Billionaire Johnny Bryan Hunt founder of ? J.B Hunt Transportation. It named his grandson Towery Maurice Burris-Hunt beneficiary. Months later he received a multibillion dollar inheritance & trust which named him a beneficiary in the estates of Jim Scott ll of Scott Jaguar Maserati Landrover Pineville NC & prominent Shelby Native Charlie L Rogers founder of Rogers Cadillac. Which led to his interest in car dealerships. Knowing millions was being spread around the county he built the auto mall center which includes Renaldo Honda Kia Cadillac. He stepped aside from day to day operations in 2013 due to obligations with US State Dept as Ambassador & Diplomat. InLate 2014 a injury forced him to leave the GM to manage the Auto Mall until his returnThe inventory is large with options to order. Great GM and financing staff.
