Never going back, showed the nail tech a pic of what I wanted she did her own design after I kept asking her to do it like the picture she told me “it is like the picture.” Then she said she was going to correct it and didn’t correct the right line. My nails look terrible when I was paying I showed the lady the picture and told her I didn’t like them she 1st ignored me and I said it again she moved the reciept closer to me to sign and I looked at her I said she messed up 4 nails she looked at the pic on my phone and said sorry didn’t offer for someone else to redo it or anything. Will not be going back to this ghetto trashy salon and will tell others. Now I see what everyone means when they talk about this place. Would give no stars if I could.

Out of all the nail shops in NC, this one is BY FAR my favorite! For someone who is very picky with their nails, they exceed my expectations every time. They focus on quality over quantity & that’s very big for me. On top of that, some are fast and efficient & STILL do a great job. I’ve never left unhappy with choice of color or service.Disclaimer: I always do DIP Powder on my natural nails! These are my natural nails, no tip added.Services: Nail repair

I’ve came to Q the past few times I’ve gotten my nails done and have been very pleased with the quality and service I have received every time. I get acrylics and each set has stayed on for a full 4 weeks without a single nail falling off or lifting!! No matter which tech helps you, you will leave happy!

I use q nails for my nail needs. This time I went in to get a full set done, expecting to pay the regular 45.00. When I got ready to pay they told me it was an extra5.00 for round nails. I wanted to say something but didn't. Needless to say, I won't be back.Services: Acrylic nails

Nails were nice and eyebrows looked good, but the younger man who did them was irritated and was super rough with my hands. I had had my nails done since I was in middle school (I'm now 20 and ot of school) I'm not new to this and he was constantly trying to get me to "relax my hands more" even though they were as relaxed as possible. Super rude and tried to get me to pay more than the before mentioned price.Services: Manicure

Showed the tech a picture 3 times during the conversation of asking for short, rounded nails but she made them longer almond (almost coffin) shaped nails. I kept trying to correct the young girl doing them and tell her they were being shaped wrong but she didn't understand so I just shut up and knew I would never return. Asked for gel nails, received acrylic. Top coat starting flaking off less than 72 hours (had not had hands in water other than washing them/shower). Less than 2 weeks later they are yellowed looking and I'm not sure if they will have to be removed by the next salon I go to or if I will have to switch to a polish color instead of french manicure.

Always able to take me when I call at the last minute! I love the way they do designs when I get my pedicure. Only had one issue when I had a tech who could not polish smoothly. All of my other visits have been on point especially the foot massages!!!

The older man here has done my nails many times for the past two years, I haven’t been able to have nails the past year because of work. It felt so good to have them again and I love them?. The watermelon inspired are from today, the others are from my previous visits!
