Tom and the team at Monroe Tire Discounters are great! The took the extra time to go over my tire with a super slow pressure loss a couple of times searching for the mystery leak. No nails or other obvious issue so the reseated the tire and valve stem at no charge. Hopefully, the issue is resolved, if not I have about 5K+ miles left. I'll go head and spring for a new set early and see Tom about taking care of that. It will happen before the end of the year.

I had a fantastic experience with Tom when it was time to buy new tires. After my tire split, he accommodated fitting me into their schedule in the last two hours of their business hours. He gave me a great deal on a good set of tires, and even changed my oil and did an alignment while he was at it. Instead of having to wait at the shop, they sent me home and brought me back to the store in an Uber as a thank you for doing business with them. Perfect experience and I will be back for any future needs! Thanks Tom!

Good prices on tires. Installation and alignment included in tire price, where most other places charge extra for. Very professional. Very nice waiting area.

The entire team is great - top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They really value their customers and understand how to provide elite customer service. The customer waiting room is really nice - you can wait for your vehicle to be ready in quiet comfort. I've been a Monroe Tire customer my entire adult life and I've never had a bad experience. They even have a really nice massage chair you can relax in while you wait and offices available if you need to get some work done.
