“I can give this company the highest possible score in professionalism, excellence and intentionally great customer care. They truly go out of their way in order to help you and to meet your needs whenever that’s possible.I showed up this Friday morning for a random drug and alcohol screening. Kathy, who is the receptionist today and also a technician kindly announced there was no one available to perform the alcohol part of the test until next Monday. Then, upon learning I had a Sunday evening deadline to submit the results, Kathy immediately went into “Let me see what we can do” mode. Kathy phoned a lab technician who could perform the breathalyzer test on-site and kindly asked if she could come in for a customer. Fifteen minutes later Alex was checking in with a fresh smile on her face and ready to do her job. It is a rainy day here today and I’m the only customer in the lab. In short, a slow day for them. They did not have to go above and beyond to accommodate me and yet, they did. Therefore, I can only appreciate and mention the amazing work ethics and great customer care that I experienced here today!! Thank you Kathy! Thank Alex! Because of you I will present my test results on time. You are nothing but amazing!!”
