Bought a used truck here. One week the to day and less than 300 miles the Transmission began slipping and check engine light came on. The upper radiator hose blew the next day. Came back to pickup my tag and asked what they could do for the truck issues. I was told that it's my truck now and there's nothing they would do. So $4600 on a new transmission within a month of purchasing it. Thanks.....

The service department is the worst in North Carolina. The service adviser is a complete idiot. No one EVER answers the phone for updates on your vehicle.
I went to take my car for a misfire which they told me the diagnostic would $89. This “diagnostic took 2 whole weeks because they are so “busy”. I had to go 2 times in person and both times no customers anywhere near the service department.
When finally getting a call back from one of the service managers they tried to swap out my engine due to a cracked block? I went in for a misfire but some how my cylinder was flooded with coolant now so the engine was bad. When I told them I didn’t have the funds at the moment to replace so called damaged engine they said no problem and for me to come pick up the car. I coordinated with a tow truck to grab it and when I went to pay the diagnostic bill I miraculously climbed up to $460 when it was suppose to be $89.
They claim that I approved for them to go deeper into the engine the SECOND time I went in. That clearly didn’t happen because when I went in they apologized for them not being able to start the car just yet. So how in the world would you ask for more time on something you haven’t even started? After being so frustrated for 2 weeks I just paid the bill to get as far away from this place as possible.
The service department here doesn’t know how to treat folks and are liars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I recently had wonderful service when my wife’s car needed a new fuel pump. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the repairs were done in one day’s time. I am very impressed with the service department, and will continue to do business with them in the future.

We went into this dealership looking to purchase a minivan and trade in my Acura. I had been to three previous dealerships, two which offered me $16k and another that offered me $16,500. Sale manager Justin came back offering me 10k! When I explained I had already received offers that were much higher, he agreed to match the Carmax offer since they could just sell it straight to them. 5 minutes later, he comes over and tells me he's not going to honor that and he's staying firm at $10k but he will help us out by taking $400 or $500 dollars off the car. Needless to say we walked out. I then sent an email to the general manager that evening to let him know about our experience, and didn't even get the decency of a reply. It's quite apparent customer service is of little importance to them.

Arrived early for my appointment to have a spare key fob programmed and was able to check in and get the key programmed. Took care of an open recall on my Durango while I was there. Took a little longer than I expected but I am not sure of the time it took for the recall fix. Other than the wait, was a pleasant experience.

Quick and easy. I didn’t have an appointment, yet they got me in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. 10 Star experience.
