Personnel always accommodating, but unfortunately their inventory system makes the employees work harder and they often come up short. Twice this week: first had to wait over an hour while employees looked for pvc electrical conduit that was supposed to be in inventory, then today had to drive out of state to Gaffney to get 3 erelectrical wire connectors- also said we're in stock.

Pet products selection is extremely limited! Plants are very costly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Product variety and selection in general is ample.

Had a great experience with the garden center employees. Everyone was very helpful and had a positive attitude. Our cashier robin was a very kind lady. I was very impressed with her customer service! Robin is the reason I’m giving 5 stars.

Lowe's is a very good store to go shop. The only problem I have with Lowe's. When you need help with something, you can never get anybody to help you do anything you either on your own or you don't get it

No registers open! All that's open is self check out, that never works. One employee working all the self checkouts. She is running from one to the other because self checkout DOESN'T WORK. When she finally got to me she had to take me to a register to check me out and everyone else having to wait for her to finish my order because the other customers couldn't get checked out because self check out never works! I really felt sorry for the worker because she was getting the frustration of customers that rightfully belongs with management.

I contacted Lowes about installing some tile in two rooms of my house.
I got them to come out and measure and give me an estimate. I got the estimate and realized that he didn't account for the closet and under the dishwasher. So I called them back, and they sent another guy out.
Turns out after I called because I wanted the estimate, they told me that I would have to take up the carpet and the vinyl underneath myself!
They were afraid it might have asbestos in it! I don't believe it does, but when you call someone to put down flooring, you expect them to take out the old flooring! I don't think they wanted to do the job!
One other issue i had was a 700 pound solid wood butcher block that needed to be moved so I went and spent 125.00 on four 1000 pound dollies! I already had a 4 ton floor jack, so that was going to be easy to move, but they wanted to charge me extra for it!
The other issue I had was that you are dealing with the Lowes installation people down in Florida, plus I had to go to the store 3 times just to find out what was going on!
It was one of those deals where you have too many cooks in the kitchen. I went back and forth with them for a month, and then they let me down!
Don't trust Lowes installation! I will never hire them to install anything!

Update: This location may be improving. I'll give it another couple of visits before I rank higher. But, for now, they have gone from 3 to 4 stars.

Had some awesome staff today. An employee gave a balloon they just had around to my son and was amping him up about it, he was so happy. And when I needed some special bolts the guy was beyond helpful with part numbers and writings down information I needed. Some of the best service I have ever had!

First time order online for in-store pickup. Pick up went quite well given how busy they are. Efficient, no hassles except man took my cart. Bad man. Bad man. I didn't need it as it turned out. Assistant brought microwave to me in a much more useful cart. And offered to get someone to help me load it as I am obviously somewhat handicapped.
