RATE 10 OUT OF 10.....Staff is great and extremely helpful. Had a great experience overall. The guys around back were very helpful in loading and tieing down, made it easy for us. Also their customer service was top notch. Thanks for all you did for us. Our Mattress is Amazingly so COMFORTABLE.

Shopping at Laughlin Furniture was one of the best experiences I have ever had looking for new furniture. Tracy was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process easy. The delivery guys were fantastic. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are at Laughlin's!

By far, the easiest and fastest shopping experience I've had anywhere! I was immediately greeted and offered assistance when I entered the store. I told Jennifer what I was looking for and she took me straight to the sofa we ended up purchasing. Tracy was also super helpful and friendly! Great service and selection! And best of all, we were able to take our purchase home with us that day.

Wonderful experience shopping at Laughlin Furniture Outlet. I just bought a new recliner today and I'm so excited about it. My family has been buying recliners and mattresses from Laughlin for over 20 years and I do not see that changing anytime soon.
Jennifer and Ben are amazing people and the store is a very warm and welcoming place where they make you feel like family! I highly recommend you check them out for your future furniture needs!

This review is way overdue. A few weeks ago we purchased furniture for our daughter's apartment. Laughlin Furniture Outlet was awesome to deal with! So pleasant and helpful, and the furniture is beautiful! Delivery was quick and they arrived right on time. Danny and Patrick had to carry the bedroom set and sofa upstairs, and did it with ease. What a great team they were. They were so nice and helpful in setting it up as well. An A+ experience from start to finish. By the way, this was our 3rd time we've purchased furniture from here, and each time we've had the same experience! Highly recommend!

Laughlin’s is a great place to shop for furniture! It is a family owned business and has been in Shelby for over 30 years. The selection is great and so are the prices! Everyone from the owner to the delivery people are extremely easy to work with. We highly recommend that you consider them for your next furniture purchase!

Laughlin’s is absolutely incredible! The people are what make this place! We were immediately welcomed and shown around their extensive showrooms! There was zero pressure! They know their products well! And the pricing can’t be beat! They treated us so well we couldn’t believe it! Wonderful people and we even got a hug on the way out! ♥️ We will be back! We bought our bed, dining room table and now, a new couch at Laughlin. It has been a great visit each time and the delivery guys are quick and very nice. Everyone is so welcoming and kind, will definitely be going back for another visit. Thank You, Laughlin.

The lady that helped me was very friendly and informative she was patient and didn't rush me. I feel like I got a good quality sofa at a reasonable price. Relaxed atmosphere The delivery fee was very fair , more so than others that I won't mention. It was a good experience and I will go back for other furniture needs
