Got here before appointment time. Guard says cannot park inside or on property before 7 am. They will not go by appointment time. Whoever first come, first served after 7 am. Got back here at 10 am ( appointment time, was sleeping at 7 am). I have three trucks waiting in front of me inside the yard.
They need to allow trucks to stage inside and not rely on the neighborhood streets and grocery stores to park their traffic. City needs to hold them accountable and make them let truckers park inside.
Also, the night guard lies and say the guard shack toilet is out of order and then I see a employee omly sign on it.
Ingles, Walmart has parking. Also, there is a gravel patch on the street at the intersection after passing Ingles coming here, and at the start of the street for the plant.

Everything is great about this gas station except the obnoxiously loud speakers. It gives me and my mother a headache every time we come.

Only problem I have with this particular Ingles is the parking lot lay out. Otherwise I have no issues. Staff was friendly and fast.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would have selected. IF they ever had anyone WORKING at the pumps and IF the card readers worked correctly, maybe SECU card holders could actually purchase gas without an issue. This needs to be fixed.
