“My husband and I visited my 95 year old aunt in Shelby recently and stayed at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was excellent for our short stay. We are planning a return trip very soon and will be staying here again!”

“Front of the house was very clean and tidy, well laid out. Room was a little on the smaller side, but for one night, it was exactly what I needed. It was well laid out clean, and the air conditioning worked great. Overall, no concerns with this location and I will stay here again. Thank you Hampton Inn in Hilton for always providing a nice place when I have to travel.”

“I stayed here as a single woman and felt quite safe. The rooms appear to have been recently updated with new furniture, linens, etc. I stayed in a handicapped accessible room with a roll-in shower. My only complaints about the room were that there weren't any grab bars around the toilet and no peep hole in the door for someone in a wheelchair. I can't comment on the free breakfast because I was never up before 9:00 am when it ends. The location was convenient for me, as I was visiting someone in the hospital in Shelby and it was less than 3 miles away. Plenty of options for food close by too.”

“There were what looked to be dried feces spots in the bathroom floor. The man who checked us in was gracious. The man in the office the next morning when my boyfriend went for a granola bar and coffee breakfast, was rude. The bed was comfy to chill in but my back was stiff when I woke up. Overall, for a place to shower and rest, it served its purpose.”
“One of the best Comfort Inns out there. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Rose, Michael and are all great people. I stay here alot for work and they treat me like family every time I show up. Rooms are always very clean. They go above and beyond to make your stay great. They have recently been updating the rooms from carpet to hardwood and it looks great.”
