I needed some fabric cut for a blanket. There were 2 other ladies waiting with me. We rang the bell 3 times & I went & asked someone to come help. No one ever came.

This store has a large assortment of merchandise, making it interesting to visit. I like the sales they have on one group of goods each week. I always buy floral items here, when on sale, to put on my parents' grave. Last year, I bought Christmas gifts from here, rather than fight the crowd at Walmart. The Shelby, N.C. store had a good assortment of craft style toys. Employees are so helpful, too.I love this store!

Even with the "just before Christmas" rush, everything was stocked, organized, and clean. Only around the Christmas decor did we have a little trouble navigating through people.

Decent selection of supplies and really well organized for the most part. Almost everything I needed was on sale that day. The young ladies at the registers seemed really wrapped up in personal conversations and distracted. There was a young man in the back that helped me find the specific item I needed after we had walked the aisles for quite a while looking for it. But it all turned out well in the end.

Went for 50% sale to buy Christmas cards, chalk paint, and look at their clearance items. The store is always clean, well organized and staff very helpful and friendly. Bought some new paint brushes while they were on sale too.
