Do not do business with these people. They are crooks. They have no customer services skills and are so shady. We tried to return ours we had bought from them new on may 3rd and I called today because my landlord changed his mind about putting my hookup in my apartment. I know it’s a little over 30 days and not quite two months. I tried to call and explain what happened, talked to a woman who said she was a manager, but then she had the salesman call me back and tell me no. So now I have a washer and dryer that I can’t use. Oh and when he called me back it was a 7 day return policy. My best advice is to stay away from this place. Far far away!!!! and after all the lies over the past few days I have half a mind to report them to the better business bureau. So stupid how many lies they told me.

Shady business with horrible/non-existent customer service. Bought a dryer that was junk from day 1 and i may as well have bought it from some guy out of the back of a truck. Pay the extra little bit and use lowes, at least you have some recourse.

Hendrick's Appliances went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my appliances. They delivered and installed all our appliances in a timely fashion, followed up with phone calls and even made a second visit after our gas lines were installed to verify that everything was in working order.Best purchasing and customer service experience on appliances that I have had. Hands down the best decision to use them over the big box stores.
