Well I couldn't tell you how their service is as I couldn't get in with them. I tried twice to make an appointment with them. But both time was told it would be 2 weeks to get me in. I couldn't wait as I had something going on the next day. But was turned away both times. Not sure how they couldn't work me in, as I only needed was a quick fade and my beard faded. So I ended up going to Lincolnton Walmart and got it both done for $18.00. That was my hair washes, cut and beard faded. So I paid $40.00 to the elderly lady that cut my hair and beard. Even tho she said she wasn't charging me for the other things. She did a great job. It's just to bad I couldn't get into this place. Ad I've been looking hard to find a place I could keep going to.

Was definitely let down today ☹️ Booked an appointment 6 weeks ago, after a consultation, for a cut color and to have tinsel/fairy hair put in. Went for my appointment and was told the tinsel had not come in. The tinsel hair was the part I was most excited for and I am sorry but there is absolutely no reason for them not to have it after 6 weeks. I paid $190 after tip for a trim and a color which yes looked nice but could have gotten done for much cheaper at another salon. The main reason I chose this salon and agreed to the price was because of the tinsel hair. I was told if I could obtain the tinsel on my own they would put it in for me but I’m sorry I don’t feel that’s how it should have been handled. Honestly if they didn’t have it in stock why was I not contacted prior to my appointment? And why can I get this off Amazon in a couple days but this salon can’t obtain them in 6 weeks? And then almost $200 for a cut and color even after the let down. As I said I was very much just disappointed with the entire process. Luckily there was a lady doing fair hair at an event my husband and I went to later so I got it done there before my vacation.

Laura and the other stylists always greet me with warmth and I count on a comfortable atmosphere while I have my hair done. Laura vets their products carefully and maintains a Green Salon. Laura is a great stylist with an artistic eye even for someone like me that wants extremely low maintenance hair.

We have had multiple stylists, and all have been great. The two experiences that really stand out for us were our 2-year-old son and me. Ed Jesse is the man. He definitely is a Gold Stylist and a master craftsman at work. He was both fast and skillful in getting our son's haircut done in 8 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed. We decided to have my next haircut with him. When I showed up, he remembered me from doing our son's cut. We have nothing but praise for Ed's top-notch work.

I had my first appointment at Halcyon this past Saturday with Elainie Conz. I went in for Balayage and a trim after seeing her stellar work online. She didn't fail to deliver, her work is amazing and she is so nice and welcoming. I am a cosmetologist myself and worked in a top salon in Charlotte so I have a good idea of what a stylist should and can do. Elainie is a top notch stylist right here in our backyard, pay her a visit and you will leave feeling and looking amazing. Already rebooked!

Such a great and welcoming environment! Jada did such an amazing job on my hair! I made her day run late and long, but she stayed so patient and kind through it all to ensure I felt beautiful leaving the salon!
