Used to come here with no problems. Today I went in and did not sign in online. The list displayed at the counter has not seemed to work since I started coming here. After being asked the typical question, 'did you sign in online'? I was not given a time frame or anything. I sat and waited patiently for a few customers. After three people were called back (that arrived far after me) before I got fed up and left. No one thought to let me know how long it might be, how many people were in front of me etc. I blame myself for not asking but this is terrible customer service. Won't be back until someone handles their service and the waiting list display.

My husband and sons got their hair cut here and it’s one of the worst haircuts they have ever received. It wasn’t a very welcoming environment either. I am just so upset and disappointed.

This Great Clips location is the best one I've gone to. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. No matter who cuts my hair it's always done correctly, cut according to the directions they have on file for me, and with care. I check in ahead of time using the app, which is very easy to use, and never have to wait longer than a few minutes before a chair opens up. All my experiences at this location have been entirely positive.
