This is one rude place to shop for anything. These type of people need to shut their doors and stop calling people liars. When in fact a slender balding guy with a tattoo behind his ear, is a bold face liar his self. Others that work there are following his lead as to being a really rude bunch of people, both men & women. We'll take our Business elsewhere as there are many of these thrift types of Stores everywhere, with much Better Customer relations. Many Stores don't claim to be Christians , when they are Not!

Ok! Four stars for any thrift store that uses their proceeds to support homeless and down on their luck folks! Donations are accepted around back. Sales are conducted in the front. There's a lot of really good condition clothing. Men's, Women's, and Children's in an array of sizes and colors. Found some big name shirts also. Several almost new Van Huesen shirts! I'm a bit curious how they acquired all of those new Buc-ee's T-shirts! Nevertheless, this store exists because of its humanitarian mission and I like it!

I moved back to Augusta GA but whenever I think about home, I think about this place. The guys that work there, ones in treatment even the customers feel like family. Drug addiction affects everyone, EVERYONE. A treatment facility funded by Gods love, " I have plans for you" declares the Lord. This treatment is completely funded by love and generosity, not insurance companies. I strongly suggest next time you want to donate, you want to help your community. Take your items to the crossroads, tell them Mark and Mandy said "hey and we miss them." And to anyone who can't afford goodwill you'll love this place..

My family and I have all shopped and donated to this store but after my experience there 2 weeks ago I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I have never been more shocked or upset by someone that says they are not only Christian based but there to support the community. There was a small dog behind the store on the coldest night we've had so far. It was going to be 28 out. I tried everything in my power to catch the poor little guy but wasn't able. I asked the store manager Kyle for his help and he turned me down flat! He said the dog was dumped off there several days before however he didn't have time to call animal control! Aren't we as Christians supposed to care about God's creatures too? Isn't that store run off of DONATIONS and kindness from other people? I left there in TEARS AND SHOCKED. No thanks to Kyle but I did get the cold, hungry, wet and scared dog HELP! If you are an animal lover like me, don't shop or support that store!

We tried taking a truck load of donations to them Friday afternoon around 5:30. They said they couldn’t take it because they had church at 6. They told us we could bring it back the next day or they could send a truck. We called them the next day and arranged a truck pick up- this was wonderful as the donations took up 1/2 of their box truck! I realized the next day that a tote had gone with the donations that I didn’t get a chance to go through (I had set it aside but it somehow made it into the donation pile). This tote had both boy and girl 3T winter clothes- my little girl is in 3T and I planned on getting those clothes out for her to wear this Fall/Winter but leaving the 3T boy clothes. I also have a younger daughter who would eventually get these 3T girl clothes. We tried calling them Saturday and they said to call back Monday, we called Monday and they said to call back that afternoon. We called back that afternoon and they said to call the next day. We called that next evening and spoke with Brandon (who we had talked with a few times already) and gave our same story we had been giving, he had somewhat of an attitude at first but said he would contact us the next day. That was 2 days ago and we still haven’t heard from anyone. I understand we made a mistake by sending the tote. But I don’t appreciate the run around and the lack of care/concern we have experienced. We donated a lot of nice things- A LOT- that we could have easily sold had we wanted to take the time to do so. I’m frustrated and disappointed to say the least.

I would have given a 5 star rating if anyone in this store wore a mask. No safety precautions at all
