Love going in here when I go to cleveland mall. Only place around without having to go to boone, nc to get app state tshirts and hats. They always have a big selection.

Have went a few times to purchase guns and ammunition here. David was a great help yesterday and got us through the purchase process quickly and thoroughly explained everything, including answering some random gun care and safely questions I had. Would like a better selection of holsters, but no complaints otherwise.
Also love to get stocking stuffers and Knick knacks during holiday season; usually have a great selection for all ages of the family.

do not shop at duhnams. They will disrespect you to no end. Customers and employees. Utter disregard for human feelings. I used to work there so I know. Spread the word!!

A lot of floor space is not being used. Prices are good and very good selection. Store is always neat and organized. Probably could reduce footprint by 25%.

Purchased a handgun for concealed carry. Scott the sales associate was extremely personable, knowledgeable and was attentive to my needs. He made a couple of alternative suggestions as the model I was looking for was not in stock. I purchased a different brand based on Scott's recommendation and knowing myself that the brand was known for its quality and reliability. The fact that it was also on flash sale made the decision a no- brainer. Very pleased with the overall customer service experience. Scott is a valuable asset at the Shelby Dunham store. Thanks Scott!
