Store is disgusting and unorganized. In February there was still a Christmas box on the floor unopen with all the others stacked throughout the store. Watched employee walk inside with cigarette in mouth then throw it out the door with the others that are piled in front of the door when there is a container for them.

I have been shopping in this store for YEARS and it has just continuously gotten worse. You can never get down the aisle as there is so much product all over the floor from the stockroom yet there is no one working on it. And this past weekend I was there and there was one cashier working, who was talking on her phone thru her earbuds the entire time. I was the 10th person in her line when she finally called and ask someone else to come help her. After about 5 minutes someone comes up, opens another line, and says" I can help the next person, but only the next person because I am going to lunch". Are you kidding me? Where do you find these people? Every time we go into this store the employees are standing outside smoking, so you have to walk thru a cloud of smoke to even get in the door. When is the customer service you state you so enforce!!!

I was in this store today and the cashier who served me (a white woman) was very disrespectful to my little daughter (2 years old) and she ordered her to shut up by putting her hand over her mouth. She didn't apologize or anything and I told her that if I did that to her she would be offended, she responded that she didn't care. I got really upset and I didn't say anything ?because I was with my two kids.I will never go to this store again.Spanish speaker:I went to this store and when I was paying I was with my two small children (4 and 2 years old) the cashier who served me ordered my daughter to shut up by putting her hand on her mouth. My girl was very calm and she made such a grotesque gesture at her that I told her why she did that and that she should apologize. The cashier (White) did not careI matter, and I told her that if I did that to her she wouldn't like it, to which she responded that she didn't care. I didn't answer him as I should ? because I was with my two children but I didn't lack desire. I will never go to this place again, the treatment of people is the worst.

Cashier was very rude and racist, shouting to my 2 year old daughter, she said I don’t care when asked about her erratic behavior with a child. I do not recommend this Business to any one.

Employees are either rude or they ignore you completely. The store is disorganized smells weird needless to say I will not visit this store again.
