Dollar General stores are everywhere and they have most of what you need without going to the god-aweful Walmart. DG as we call it could use some cleaning though. Maybe they cut their staffing too thin.

There is one woman who is obviously miserable at work. She never smiles, says hey, or even offers to acknowledge you as she rings you up. She is very disrespectful and I would never allow someone like that to be a face for my store or business. I know workers are hard to find but she ain't worth keeping.

Employees were friendly. The manager went out of her way to try to help me find a charger for my phone. We didn't find one, so 4 stars. Otherwise 5.

I was accused of stealing and the employee also called the police just as soon as she had ask me if I needed help. I answered her politely the no i wss ok. She then said well don't be stealing I'm watching you. I replied mam I'm not stealing I have money and intend to pay. I continue to shop sage walked away and called the police. I finished shopping and went to the register and paid for all items. As I walked out the door the police stopped me. Had me come back inside to question me. The employee then told the police she saw me stealing. I had to show receipt and empty my pockets. I was detained for about an hour. Then I was cleared and told I could leave. I was also told I can not return that I will be charged with trespassing. This is rediculous. I did nothing wrong and the employee was wrong.
