I fell at your store tonight on a mat going out the door. No employees seemed to care. All I got was I trip on that mat all the time. Asked for a incident report and the manager on duty said the other manager took it home. So I informed her I would be back tomorrow. She said that's fine it's on camera. What irritated me the most no sorry or can I help you get to your care. It's been about 3 hours and my foot hurts so bad and is swollen I will be going to the hospital in the morning. This dollar general is the worst.

Worst DG in Cleveland county...stinks from spoiled food, employees rude and uninterested in what you have to say, unorganized, messy, low stock, dirty... not a positive thing about this location.

Unfortunately, this is a very subpar Dollar General. There's merchandise on the floor in every aisle. Lots of stuff begging to be shelved. I only saw one worker who was busy talking on his phone and was comfortably leaning against a ladder. I had a hard time getting his attention! When I did he was nice enough but told me ( without my asking) that they didn't have a public restroom. I asked what about customers; can they have access? He said no one except store associates could use it. I didn't see anything favorable to report about this D.G.!

Dollar General stores typically have good prices on certain things, and this one does meet that expectation. However, this one is an old store, and it's always kind of dirty and disorganized. The two employees I asked for help in finding something seemed clueless and completely uninterested in customer service.

Today is 12/27/22 and I am a regular customer at this store. The black guy that said he's a Mgr.and he worked this day and he was very nasty to me today and put me out of the store. He's very unprofessional and definitely shouldn't be a Mgr.

Lately here they are ALWAYS out of things. Everytime I door dash something my order is always refunded or canceled. Nothing is just ever in stock at this particular location.
