I bought a ring for my girlfriend, and 2 weeks later the diamonds fell out! Now I have to pay 200 more dollars to get them put back in. Next time I'll just go to Kay's like I was going to the 1st time.

Prices are high , ive been there three or four times in the past few months and they don’t even speak to customers until you’re ready to buy something.
