Stopped up water. No hot water. An employee was told. He unstoppable the bathroom ?. We did not have hot water. A business should always have maintaine make sure every room is okay. Hot water is a necessity. I would not recommend the hotel to

I stayed here as a single woman and felt quite safe. The rooms appear to have been recently updated with new furniture, linens, etc. I stayed in a handicapped accessible room with a roll-in shower. My only complaints about the room were that there weren't any grab bars around the toilet and no peep hole in the door for someone in a wheelchair. I can't comment on the free breakfast because I was never up before 9:00 am when it ends. The location was convenient for me, as I was visiting someone in the hospital in Shelby and it was less than 3 miles away. Plenty of options for food close by too.

They took our money but we didn't check in because the weather we never made it to the Hotel. On 12/24/2023 during the Holiday Season. We where charged for a service we never received and we never checked in. After calling to rectify it we where told its the policy.? Trash service, Trash location and Trash explosion on stilling money that didn't belong to them. Do not go to this location if You can help it.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and room was very clean as well as customer service. They helped me and my family with all the stuff we needed. Rooms were very cleaned and organized. Breakfast was very good. I really recommend everyone to stay at this motel.

Overall service is great. Stayed here for 4 day last week and they provided exceptional customer service. Whether it was the front desk or cleaning staff. Everyone greets you in a nice manner and makes it feel like home.
