Me and my wife have been wanting to adopt a cat. We went to the shelter and they said they took the cats to petsmart today. We drove all the way to petsmart and they said they haven't had cats for a couple of days.

I adopted a new best dog friend yesterday and 2 cats a couple of months ago. Everyone at the shelter was professional and kind. Also can't beat the prices!All my kids were cared for and were in perfect health.Would adopt again

I've called several times to get help for some dogs I know are not being fed. They still have not helped them to this day when I ride by they are just starving. You can see every bone in their bodies. It's private property or I would feed them myself. As for the animal shelter.. I don't know what they do all day. I see the drivers out riding everywhere but can't check on a few dogs and maybe save their lives. I don't understand this place. Never answers phones it takes days to get through and get no help for these poor dogs.

My husband and I Can’t Thank Cleveland County Animal Shelter enough for all they do to help protect all of the animals that come too their Shelter. They are all totally Awesome people that works there. With so much love and compassion. I’m so proud to say we are part of this community. A little over 1 year ago we went to this shelter to look for a little dog. Unfortunately there was no small dogs like we were looking for. With that being said, we continued looking throughout the shelter and found our amazing baby boy. He wasn't small but he wasn't exactly huge either. He was 6 years old. An owner surrendered him. Claimed he was aggressive and not good around kids. Well we always love a good challenge. But since the day we brought him home he has been nothing but an angel. He loves kids and even has a dog brother and 2 cat brothers. He was the best addition to our family. Now he is outr Ol man.This shelter took such good care of him! He was truly loved in there! I love the way they really do get close to these animals who have no one. Thank you cleveland county animal shelter!! We will be back.
