Very dissatisfied with the service. Recently got our windows fixed which was right at $1,00.00, got my car back and the door panel was messed up. Took the car back and they said it was the heat and they would not fix. Our door panel was just fine up until then. Very unhappy with their service. I would think twice before going there for repairs.

The scheduling Service Department has terrible customer service. Lincoln needs to have better employees for what the customer pays for! $$$$$

Been trying to get my 2019 lincoln nautilus in for recalls and warranty work for over 6 months. They Don t have time and no loaners or rental units available. They just Don t want your business.

Ford Lincoln of Shelby NC is a Great place for anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. They have excellent Customer service and Always do their best to make sure you have your vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. If anyone needs any work done don't hesitate to give them a call.
