This vet is open until 1 on Saturday. I took my baby because he woke up with a swollen neck and ear and had scratched so much through the night that he had a literal hole in his ear. I walked in and could barely breathe because he wouldn’t walk and I had to carry him most of the way and he’s not a small dog. The receptionist told me that they were too busy and couldn’t see him, even though she could definitely see blood pouring out of his ear. She told me to go somewhere else. Refusing service in an obvious emergency is the equivalent of a doctor refusing to help a dying person because they’re too busy or off the clock. If you don’t have compassion for animals AND people this should not be your profession. I’ve came here before with other dogs, but I will never be back. This isn’t my first bad experience, but it’s definitely the worst one. This place needs a complete overhaul with new staff. I don’t know how one person can have so many complaints and still have a job. This receptionist is obviously a problem.

After attending to our cat's emergency and paying $136 dollars for a consultation, no one was able to give us the reasons why our cat is sick. Trying to communicate is impossible... the customer service is terrible.

My guinea pig passed Monday night (10/07/2024) and they were super sweet about our loos when we called to ask about cremation for her. The lady who took her back was super sweet and even gave me a hug to try to help cheer me up a little bit. My parents and I take our cats there for check ups and update their shots. Love them so much

Our sweet girls had c-sections here, new to the area we were so anxious but we were treated so kindly, as well and most importantly were our babies. We can’t thank the doctors and staff enough for their compassion and willingness to even perform one of the C-sections on a weekend. Most places don’t. Thanks so much. We found our new vet!

The staff and doctors have always been kind and professional to us. Recently, our dog Scarlett needed surgery to remove a fatty tumor. Dr. Dixon and Dr. Martin were so good to us and Scarlett. We couldn't have asked for better care. We highly recommend Boulevard Animal Hospital!

My dog was hit by a car today and every place said they were full..this vet didn't answer so we took a leap of faith and showed up. They got us in immediately. I was devastated and sure they were going to want to put her to sleep because of her old age (15) . They took care of her so quickly and kindly. To my surprise she was ok. We were there about one hour in which time she received emergency checkup, IV, pain meds, staples, cleaning, wrapping , antibiotics as well as a spray and 2 different pills to take home. I was shocked when I got the bill because it was so inexpensive. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet and techs were beyond wonderful and tonight we still have our 15 year old , old lady . Thank you all.

I only went because my sister doesn't drive and she needed to bring in her dog for an appointment, but I wanted to say how impressed I was with the front entrance and waiting area, and how pleasant the workers behind the front desk (as well as the young man who brought my sister's dog to the back) were.

Boulevard Animal Hospital combines sensible with caring in the best way. I've had pets receive routine care, emergency care, and had to make end-of-life decisions for a pet with Boulevard, and I've never had anyone treat me with anything but dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. In a world where veterinary clinics can sometimes be outright calloused and at other times can demand more than any sane person could afford to spend, it's a breath of fresh air to go to Boulevard and find reasonable costs combined with responsible, capable, skilled veterinarians, vet techs, etc.

I love this vet for my service dog. I love this vet because they actually care and because of this they don’t price gouge.
I love this vet and my dog does not seem to mind it.
My dog will be back when needed.

Joanie is my pride and joy. She is a lemon beagle and means everything to me. When I took her in, the odds were against her and special thanks to the staff and dr. Martin I expect to have Joanie for many more years in my life. She had her spleen removed as well as a tumor I was unaware of until she was completely immobile. They removed 3 lbs of tumor and her spleen and she has done a complete turn around. I’m so thankful for all involved and they will have my business until I take my last breath. Thanks so much!!

I was so pleased with the service this past week at this office. I made an appointment online for yearly exams for my two labs. The office was very busy but they walked us right into the room, was promptly seen by the very nice vet and his assistant, and left within an hour. They are all so nice in there and would recommend them to anyone.?❤️???

The vet assistants are very nice. Unfortunately I have a Heeler that is not neutered but the staff are VERY understanding on how he can be aggressive over certain things. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes yesterday. Making an appointment in the app is easier than walking in, especially when you can do it months in advance! I definitely recommend boulevard and my dog loves the receptionist. I will definitely continue to take Goose here!
