Terrible service. Rude and yes you will get the run around like I see in other posts. We were told our truck would be ready and three weeks went by before it was done. The total time they took to fix the truck was 2 months! In addition, it looks like amateur work. I hate to even have to take it back there for them to refix it since insurance paid out already. Very bad experience!

Now she's tell them that she is going to sue for slander if I don't take my review down. And all the conversation was recorded and is going to the authorities.
This woman has been recorded twice threatening young adults and calling them stupid.
This woman fails to understand the right to free speech exists in the world. It's not slander if it can be proven on a recording and both times she was recorded. She told the officer the checks would be ready at 12 and they were not ready she kept them in the office for ten minutes threatening them and telling them how she can do whatever. This all can be proven via life 360.
Update the owners wife also is calling and sending threatening messages at 11pm at night to ppl half her age. She is extremely childish and disrespectful. Who calls am ex employee at 11pm at night if they no longer work for you? If you have let an employee go there is no need to harass them after hours. Screenshots will be posted later after they have been show to appropriate departments.

Do not go here! Discrimitory and throwing brooms! Calling people dumb and stupid also have it recorded of her calling someone stupid. Will be calling the better business bureau and will be sending them the voice recording.

DON’T waste your time at this place, go somewhere else! 1300 dollars later and all they done was hook my truck up to a scanner and said it took them 8 hours! Lady in the office is also very rude. Asked multiple times over the phone for a quote and not once got any price out of her and she knew from the beginning I DID NOT want to spend a ton of money at moment. Every time I called I would get put on hold, hung up on, or got an attitude with. Finally told her I was coming to get my truck and she then told I had to pay $1300 or I wasn’t taking my truck. Don’t know how these people are still business. Oh wait, yeah I know how they, they are ripping people off and expecting people to just say keep the vehicle. Definitely recommend any other shop than this place. Id give negative stars if I could. Someone needs to SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

We ordered a part that was due in 2 days, a week later we were told it was lost and had to reorder. Paid in advance of receiving part.When it came in the original invoice was in the box. We were told they charge $100.00 for ordering but our charge was significantly more, it's been 3 weeks and it has not been corrected!

Worst service ever i took my truck there for a front cover replacement she said 3500 and seven weeks later it cost me 6200 I made it 3 miles down the road pouring oil she sent Cody out he said the front cover is cracked I took it back she said 1200 she would fix it they are liars and I would not trust them with your trucks

Got to say the worst had my truck for 8 months and pick it up 6800$ drove it 80 miles and the motor quit call them they say it was only temporary fix for 6800$ ? They shouldn't be in operation

Had a truck down with a busted water hose 8 min from there shop. Came out and replaced a $15 hose and charged me $450 for every bit of a 20 min job. When i called and asked if that was correct price the lady got very rude and said she’ll take her hose off all cause i called to verify there price. Worst place ever. Would never spend a dime with these guys
