“I’ve been getting my oil changed at Rapid Pace for well over 20 years. Rick, Andy, and the other staff are professional, do a great job, and get you out quickly. I don’t trust too many of the “fast” oil change places because I’ve personally seen what damage they can do to a vehicle but you can trust these guys to do it right. I will say the price of an oil change has drastically went up over the years, but most of that is due to our current economy making the cost of oil and everything else go up as well.”

“I really can’t say enough about Blake’s Automotive. In my opinion, Blake went above and beyond, in servicing my car.
I was on my way home to Myrtle Beach, when the car began to have a problem. AAA towed me to his shop. He said he would look at it right away. If it was something that he could fix right then and there, he would. He called me at 6pm(they close at 530p). The car was ready. We discussed, in detail, the issue.
I picked the car up the next morning. Blake, again, went out of his way to accommodate me. They are closed on Saturday. He met me Saturday morning and again, spent another 30 minutes explaining the details of what happened with the car.
I am beyond grateful for his patience, kindness, and his professionalism.
Blake's Automotive is a true asset to the Shelby community!!

“Several months ago I had my brakes done and new tires put on my 2017 Honda CRV. Since then I've had to drive all over the country for work. So I'm doing this review after determining that the work was definitely top shelf!
I'm so glad I found this gem! You don't know what it means to me to finally know a mechanic that can do excellent work, timely, and for the right price! Prior to 2017 I would always have a used car that needed maintenance and always tried to use various mechanics around town and beyond. It always ended up being a disaster to the point that I committed to getting a brand new vehicle in 2017. For 8 years now I've been servicing my vehicle at the dealership. But there was a couple of times when it felt like it was just too outrageously overpriced. So a friend recommended I consider Boeing. So I tried one more time to go out on a limb and get my brakes done, new tires, and a couple of other things. And I couldn't be happier!”

“I took my tractors alternator here ( thinking that it was bad), he checked it out just to make sure it was bad, but discovered that it was putting out the correct amps. He then informed me that a burned out dash light would prevent the alternator from charging the battery on my tractor. This was the epitome of honesty, you don't see this very much, this day and time. I told them when I do have something that needs repair, I will definitely bring it to them. A true class act.”
