“My husband and I are traveling from South Carolina, heading to Gatlinburg TN, when we noticed that our KIA Telluride had somehow lost its navigation system on our screen.
An employee by the name of Joshua Ledford came out to greet us and he helped us figure out what we were doing wrong.
Joshua was very polite and helpful.
He deserves big time KUDOS!

“Have had my car serviced here twice this year and I have nothing but great things to say about the individuals who work here that I have interacted with as they tried to help me out with diagnosing a mysterious issue with my car. Even when they were unable to fix every issue, they did resolve several other issues and seemed pretty genuine and honest about what they felt I should be charged since they did a lot of trial and error trying to fix the remaining issue. Even gave me a refund for a service they did on my vehicle that they later deemed to have not been helpful/necessary. I thought that was incredible and I have a lot of respect for how they run their business. So much appreciation for y’all’s help and honesty!”
“I’ve been getting my oil changed at Rapid Pace for well over 20 years. Rick, Andy, and the other staff are professional, do a great job, and get you out quickly. I don’t trust too many of the “fast” oil change places because I’ve personally seen what damage they can do to a vehicle but you can trust these guys to do it right. I will say the price of an oil change has drastically went up over the years, but most of that is due to our current economy making the cost of oil and everything else go up as well.”

“I really can’t say enough about Blake’s Automotive. In my opinion, Blake went above and beyond, in servicing my car.
I was on my way home to Myrtle Beach, when the car began to have a problem. AAA towed me to his shop. He said he would look at it right away. If it was something that he could fix right then and there, he would. He called me at 6pm(they close at 530p). The car was ready. We discussed, in detail, the issue.
I picked the car up the next morning. Blake, again, went out of his way to accommodate me. They are closed on Saturday. He met me Saturday morning and again, spent another 30 minutes explaining the details of what happened with the car.
I am beyond grateful for his patience, kindness, and his professionalism.
Blake's Automotive is a true asset to the Shelby community!!
If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

“In and out fast. Typical interaction with staff in the south. They don't talk much or smile much but hey, they get the job done and get you out fast. They do stop doing inspections for lunch. I can't speak on oil changes or other services.”
“Always get gas here I have a saver card so I get 10¢off. Always competitive price or better. Pumps are fast and pay at pump works great or if you want you can pay clerk.”

“Tom and the team at Monroe Tire Discounters are great! The took the extra time to go over my tire with a super slow pressure loss a couple of times searching for the mystery leak. No nails or other obvious issue so the reseated the tire and valve stem at no charge. Hopefully, the issue is resolved, if not I have about 5K+ miles left. I'll go head and spring for a new set early and see Tom about taking care of that. It will happen before the end of the year.”
