I went there to get a full set of nails done. My 6 year old daughter wanted her first mani and pedi. I asked for a full set of nails with design and they gave me gel nails when I didn’t ask for them. Ended up spending 104 that I didn’t budget for. The nails are nice but definitely not worth the 70+ I paid for them. They charged me 5 just to use a debit card. I won’t be going back there again.

My daughter and I went in and asked for a manicure. My daughter got tips, we both asked for dip polish. We did not get a manicure. We did get dip polish. After 4 days my fingers still hurt and I’m using liquid bandage for all the cuts. Most painful “manicure” ever!! Never got the full manicure. There was a fee for paying with a credit card. The worst $100 I have ever spent. People were nice, service was not.Service: Nail painting

The best nail salon around Cleveland County! Michael is a nail genius. I came in, and he not only fixe an entire new set, now my nails feel healthier, look phenomenal, and the prices are comparable to most places in town. Additionally, the atmosphere is pleasing, and the customer service is superb. Well done.

I went to the spa at midmorning. There was only 1 technician. She was finishing up one service and had 1 lady waiting. The technician asked me to come back later and suggested I make an appointment. I made an appointment with her for 3 pm. Upon my arrival she started the water for my pedicure and finished up the lady she was working on. Now it is 3:15 and she begins a pedicure on the lady sitting next to me! When I asked how long she stated maybe 15 minutes ?. I reminded her that at her request I made an appointment for 3 and felt it was very unprofessional to start someone else at my appointment time. Her response; sometimes appointments are off. I understand being 5 to 15 minutes but 30+. I refused to wait and refuse to return. What a horrible business practice.

I had to wait 30 minutes, I had an appointment and still had to wait extra. Worst pedicure I’ve ever received! It also took too long and was a little pricey in my opinion for just a regular pedicure and dip powder.Services: Manicures
