Prescription gets phone in on Friday noon. I show up on Saturday late morning and they tell me to come back Monday afternoon it's getting filled at a warehouse. Gave them a one :-)Fast forward till Monday and I came and the cashier could not have been nicer, so you now get a five. It pays to be nice.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in all of brunswick county and further. Rude employees. Talk to them to ask a question and they say yes we will get prescription filled. Hours later they have yet to start on it. It's all on what type of medication it is also. Med is for pain. Doctor prescribed and patient doctor have spoke to each other and went over all options. Doctor feels this is best approach. Pharmacy says they want to know what type of pain you are having before they fill it. That isnt any of their business. If pharmacist wants to be a doctor then go to school to be a doctor and be involved in those type of questions. If not then stay your lane and fill the medication a real doctor has prescribed. Then not to mention the horrible products being sold by the rest of the store. Bread that molds in 1 day. Produce that goes bad as soon as it gets to your house (1day) All around the pharmacy follows suit with horrible experience with the rest of store. Need less than one star to rate this establishment.**EDIT to previous**Now that I told them it isn't their business. It is all of sudden out of stock. Imagine being a pharmacy and wishing you had went to be a dr and now you are just jealous and power hungry. Great job Walmart in shallotte

I went to Walmart Pharmacy today to get my COVID BOOSTER shot. Some people made comments that the staff do not pickup their phone. I saw it with my own eyes that they are short staffed because some of them also got hit with Covid , very sick and can't come to work. People need to be understanding of their situation too. They are working hard. I give them 5 stars for working very hard. Kenny G and the other staff are very pleasant, helpful, and professional. Thank you all so much for your help and dedication. Job well done.

The pharmacist doesn't know what she/he is doing. Would not fill a "23" day supply prescription before 30 days. Even though Medicare has suspended refill guidelines under a state of emergency this person insisted they would not fill it before day 30, which left me without meds for that night! My Dr., RN nurse friend, insurance agent, and other pharmacy all told me it can be filled at TWENTY-THREE days! In fact, this person shouted at my Insurance agent when she contacted them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I transferred my script over to another pharmacy where they know what they're doing and can be depended on. I will never take a script there again, the savings aren't worth being without your med.
