I dropped off my script and was called and the app said it was ready for pick up. When I arrived they took my info and said that it was 159.00, I then gave them a good good rx coupon. I was then told because the price didn’t come up in the computer they could not sell me my script not even for the original price of 159. They said it was against the law to sell it to me. When I questioned this nonsense I was told I had to come back when the computer gave a price. This made absolutely no sense seeing that they were fine at the beginning and charging me $159 with no problem but now the computer is broken and it’s been broken since Monday so it may be a few days before they can sell me my prescription without breaking the law What the hell has anybody heard of any such thing?

Experienced (for the last time) waiting in the drive up line for 40 minutes (10 minutes at the window) before being helped. This place is either understaffed or poorly managed. Either way I am done. We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

If you want a pharmacy that is caring and concerned about your well being, look elsewhere. This pharmacy is the worst! They do not care about the people whose prescriptions are being filled. They only look at numbers. If you rely on medications, beware! They will not concern themselves with any insurance issues or anything that might delay a patient getting his or her medicine. And they certainly won't call to inform you that there may be a problem. And when questioned about it, their replies are flippant and dismissive. This pharmacy and pharmacist stinks.

The pharmacist at this Walgreens is HORRIBLE... she does not care about medical conditions and has ZERO concern about making sure meds are available. She didn't bother calling to let us know that a script wasn't being covered by insurance. I didn't find out until I got there and tried to pick up the script.... had to pay $80 out of pocket for one night. She admitted that it was vital that we knew about this problem and should have called to let us know, but she was "too busy" to do that. This is not a mild script... it's an anti-seizure medicine.... it's is absolutely necessary to have and they didn't think it was important enough to contact us. They absolutely SUCK and do NOT care about their customers. If you're okay with being "just a number" then go to this pharmacy. Otherwise find somewhere else ASAP.

After going to an urgent care and getting a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication I went to this Walgreens to get it filled. I was told the pain medicine was on a time locked safe and they couldn’t open it for 45 minutes. Not what you want to hear when you are in sick and in pain. I then left and went to cvs and got it in 10 minutes. They could look at my prescription history ( since I’ve been using this pharmacy for years) and tell I’ve never even had pain medication before. The tech who we spoke to said this was a Walgreens policy.
