Im sure in transit is when this happened not at the post office I hope. However I ordered a UV light for my turtle and the package was totally destroyed in the hands of USPS. They should have sent it back in stead of delivering it!! I'm very upset especially because my turtle really needs the light

In the last 8 months of living at my current residence, I have had my mail brought to me by my neighbors several times, had to retrieve my package off my neighbors porch twice, and now since it’s near Christmas, my packages (2 to be exact, 3 items total) have mysteriously been “delivered” to my door and mailbox and I’ve yet to receive them! I’ve filed a claim and went up there and nothings been done. Thankfully Amazon has sent me a replacement but not Etsy but hopefully will hear back soon for a refund. No call back like they said at the office and my husband flagged the USPS lady down to ask where my package was and she said she sat it right in front of the door but I have cameras and she did not come on my porch that day. So you tell me what’s going on? Either someone’s lazy or stealing packages or both. I’m extremely flabbergasted at how awful this place is and how unprofessional. It’s a sad shame. I’d also like to add don’t even try to call up there because it’ll ring all day until they’re closed so you better just jump in the car if you have any problem but looks as if i gotta make another trip so maybe it’s useless to even do either one. I really hope something changes up here because I’ve never had more worse service with usps. Not even my home town was this careless.

Nice place and people but there are couple of issues: 1) there are drop boxes for letters and small packages, but no drop box for large packages like other USPS offices have where you can drop package anytime without a need to wait the office to open 2) they do not deliver packages to houses on unpaved roads and that's ok, you go to the office and get it, but you never know if you get a package because they never leave a notification at your mailbox, I know you can track some packages that you are expecting, but sometimes you get unexpected packages and they just sit in the office for a month or so and then go back to sender. It is not ok, hope they will improve.

Felt little uncomfortable. The employees seemed agitated. We had to take off battery sticker and I used to be able to just run black marker over it. Overall it was fairly quick and clean.

Worst post office in the country. Clerks want to argue and trash talk customers, because they can't do their jobs.

Been having issues since my family and I moved. Been months without mail. Have done everything they asked to get mail delivered but there’s always another reason why they can’t. Caught them in multiple lies, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
