It's hard to comment on their service because they couldn't do it. I called to get service on my VW Winnebago Rialta 1995. They said they could do it so scheduled appointment Wed. On dropoff, informed they were a little behind and the lift needed was out of service.I left my vehicle, checked back several times since I received no calls.Long sorry short, the requested service not done after 9 days, basically because of broken lift, which it seems they should have known from the start.

they will charge u after saying they can fix my bmw and then they tell u they can't fix the issue. Will not use or recommend.

Done oil change I paid for the kit just labor. Was supposed to fix park brake light. I got new brakes didn’t install oil change brake inspection $300.00 I paid for supply just labor and light is still on park bake light

I bought the oil change kit for my 2004 Hummer H2
They were asked to change the oil
I also bought the brakes front and back. I ask to change brakes.
I also had my park light stuck on needed it fixed so It would go off. I ask them to replace or repair it.
Ok this is what I got. I got the oil change. I got told I didn’t need brakes. So they didn’t do anything just check them. They hooked it to computer. I have no idea why but it didn’t read so they got nothing. The park brake light is still on. When they told me the bill was 300.00 plus I asked for what ? The reply was they hooked it to computers it didn’t read and they looked at brake the park light is still on. I think all it needs is a 4.00 or 5.00 part new part light switch. I can’t believe it was 300.00 plus for a oil change and peep show. I would be happy i they would have changed it or even recommended it. I’m not even gonna say what was done about the light. I surprised really I’ve used may times and usually it gets fixed. I’m calling back to see if they might consider changing the part. I’ll pay for the part. I think that would be fair and I would be a happy customer. I’m not mad just think the only thing I got was my oil change that’s the only job that got completely. Hopefully this review will have a better ending but it completely up to them. I can’t show the bill it basically say everything I just explained. I paid it but I think it was a little over the top. Please consider it. It’s a simple fix 300.00 for oil change and replacing park light switch I would be happy. Hopefully it’s done.

They tried to fix my Audi A8L 4.0 for over 3 weeks unsuccessfully and charged me 2k, that is $2,000.00I would find someone else to bring my car is to for maintenance and service especially if it's a very sophisticated car they will never figure out what's going on with it.

Not good on communicating and leaving you in the dark not know how much when they have it done and found out yesterday was told that there was core charge on my my water pump and then I find out at autozone where I got my new one there isn't one and when i find out a deposit when I supplied my own when they said we won't touch it and come to find out they did and had it done and later was told that I shouldn't of been told that and excuse for attitudes was it's hot outside which is understandable but not attitude when a customer asks a question or says something they have an attitude doesn't do or help for the inconvenience of what they put their customers through and the lack of communication I will not be back if this is how they treat customers then that is not business like and professional
