I am older and not a computer-savvy. I recently went to Planet Fitness in Shallotte, N.C. Where I was greeted by a young employee named Matt. This Courteous and respectful young man helped me through the process I was seeking. As previously stated, I am not computer-savvy and have never written a review before. But I felt the need to address this young man's professional and courteous demeanor. Furthermore, it is my belief that Matt will continue on and become a valuable asset to any and all companies and/or corporations he becomes involved in. In closing, I will always be grateful for the patience and help Matt gave me, and I would highly recommend him for any and all positions he may apply for in the future.

Planet Fitness Shallotte is the best! The staff are all hard workers and go above and beyond. Place is immaculate and well-maintained! Personally, this has transformed my health journey and I love to call this PF home.

The Planet Fitness in Shallotte was a fantastic facility! Staff is super friendly Address you every time you walk in or out of the facility. They pay a lot of attention to Customers and keep the facility extremely clean. Any sort of issues with Anything in the facility, they address it immediately. I’ve been coming here for three years almost. It’s been fantastic. As far as the customers inside the gym working out, everybody is extremely friendly!

The times I go to my local PF I deal with Jess, John, and Bonnie. They are the best of the best!! Friendly, professional, helpful, fun and I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. And above all, the manager, Emily (who is giving birth as I do this)!!!! She is the light of PF and the team that works there. They love her, I love her!!♥️♥️ Yeah PF!!!!

I love coming to this location! The equipment and showers are clean and well maintained and Jessica is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love going when she’s working because she’s helped me so much when I didn’t know what machines did what.
