Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received on 04/27. I asked for some assistance looking for an item and before I got through asking, the long haired young man whose name tag I couldnt see, abruptly cut me off, and told me to go to Hobby Lobby. I did and won't be back to that store. Really sad that young people have lost the art of being polite to customers.

Oh my gosh-it was horrible. I felt like no one (except an older man who offered they did laminating) the younger guy behind the counter was not kind or helpful no one wanted to help me. I would not recommend for laminating, printing etc. Shallote. What happened to respect and courtesy. I’m so sad
I had a 91 year old Mother waiting on me and I told the younger guy that but didn’t matter.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My son is scheduled to take a actuarial exam today and he woke up to a broken business calculator. One phone call to Office Depot in Shallotte, NC, and they were on the case. They located the exact calculator he needed and had it ready for him to grab on the way to his test! They saved the day! Thank you so much for understanding our urgency and making sure he had what he needed. You guys were awesome!

This Office Depots better days have clearly passed. The store itself is dated, dirty, and looks like they have not put a dime into the store in years. Floors are filthy, and the employee there said corporate does not give them enough hours to actually clean it.A lot of empty shelves and boxes thrown in the aisles without care.Cannot recommend this location, the store looks like it’s on life support and just waiting for the lease to expire so they can close it.

I go out of my way to go to the Shallotte, NC location. The people that work in that store are so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Thank you for being so kind! I observe this with everyone they are dealing with.

Great, beyond-the-ordinary service at Shallotte NCs Office Depot/Office Max on two recent occasions. I cannot overstate the impression Chris and his colleagues made on my wife and I during both visits.

The store itself is fine, but you can't speak to someone on the phone if you have a question. Instead you have to talk to a robot that takes you in circles. I hate the future.
