I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Tenesha today. I had wanted to get a quote for my home and car insurance and she was so very helpful. She explained the process to me and took the time to answer all my questions. Not only was she very capable and knowledgeable but she was also so very kind.
I received some good quotes and I look forward to dealing with her again.

We have been long standing clients--home and auto. We met with Tenesha Vereen in Kristin Dowdy's office to review our current coverage to make sure it was adequate. Tenesha could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. She identified one area that needed updating and showed us how home value is determined using Brunswick County's website. If we could post 10 stars we would!

There have been a lot of reviews about Customer Service, so I also want to point out this office supports the local community at every opportunity.
I am forever seeing Kristin’s office as a sponsor for schools, fitness events, etc.
We all know State Farm agents lean into the whole “neighbor” thing, but this is a case of absolute truth ? they care about the community and the folks in it!

I am so happy that I chose to call this State Farm Agency, as Mary Jezierski was just a pure pleasure to work with. She treated me like I was her best friend, someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. She was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. She answered all my questions, followed up as she said she would , and made me feel like I was her #1 priority. If you have insurance needs, call Mary, you will be glad you did.

We have been with this office for years. We moved recently and tried the more local office and didn’t get the quality of service as this office. Mr. Bradley Whaley has been sooooo helpful in every aspect of our insurance needs. I’ve been with State Farm since I got my license in 1990 this office is by far the best one. ☝️ we have auto home and personal property.

Was happy with this agent until a "hospital policy" was pushed onto/sold to me. It was an additional $25 per month and 3 months into it, I was injured, hospitalized , even had surgery for said injury. The hospital policy did not cover it, citing the "fine print." blah blah blah.I was basically scammed into spending a notable amount of extra money. I called the actual agent office multiple times to explain how unfair this is, not one person there cared, at all. No explanation, apology , nothing. Only words I got on the topic was when I initially called to cancel the hospital policy after the hospital claim dept denied my claim twice , a male agent who answered told me he himself had a bad experience with this same hospital policy and he also cancelled his. And this is an actual employee at Kristin Dowdy saying this !! Wow. Wish I had known this was a bogus policy from the beginning, designed to steal from the customers. Now I'm out my $75 total I spent over the course of 3 months. I switched to Geico for same exact monthly rate and coverage as State Farm /Kristin Dowdy.

Tenesha Vereen has been a god send to us while switching insurance companies. She has been very helpful and made us feel like family and not just another business transaction. Love State Farm, but especially Kristin Dowdy’s office. Her team is extremely prompt to answer the phone and to answer any questions/concerns I may have. I wanted to add something to my policy and Bradley had it added and emailed to me before we hung up. Bradley, is so easy to work with and always answers my questions without making me feel like I’m being rushed off the phone.

We recently relocated to North Carolina from Pennsylvania with a previous State Farm Agent. Our new Agent Mary was phenomenal!! She made the transition very easy for us and save us a great deal of money on our new car and home owner's policy!!
