had my taxes done by a cpa firm for 30yrs but he retired so thought since mine is not very complicated to give this office a try. Shelly was easy to work with and did a great job from start to finish. Had my refund in less then 2 weeks in my check book by her suggesting to have the irs send it directly to it.
