Wonderful help at the Clinique counter. They gave me eyebrows! Then I made a purchase.
The only thing I dislike at Belks is pushing the employees to push Belks credit card on customers. Shame on you!
Pushing people to get something they don't want is a crime!

Everybody working was friendly and cheerful to every customer with whom I witnessed interaction. I heard two ladies working offer to go and search for garments that a customer expressed interest in on separate occasions.
You can tell they enjoy and are grateful for their jobs!
