This store is outstanding for customer service. Sampson welcomed us when we stepped inside the door. He proceeded to educate us on what our options were and we had a delivery within hours! Delivery guys were so nice!!What a great experience.! Highly recommend!

I've had a number of chances to work with Bed Land Mattress Warehouse since starting in October 2022 all of which have been positive. First, I got a mattress that after I slept on it wasn't what I expected, and in my situation they were more than accommodating in replacing it. Every time I've purchased something we received quickly, with a very polite and professional crew, who delivered the items and put them together for us.Most recently, I thought I needed a new frame for my queen size bed but when the Bed Land crew got here they told me that I didn't need a new one, I just needed a couple of bolts to make the one I already had work. I would have been totally at their mercy and would never have known the difference, but they suggested that I keep the old one, then fixed it, and brought the new one back. I received a full refund!I highly recommend this organization as being friendly, professional, and most of all honest.

Bedland in Shallotte NC has great mattresses at amazing prices as well as an amazing variety. My family has been using them for years. The employees and management were very helpful with helping me find the right mattress. The owner has done a fantastic job of running this business, highly recommend!

I am speechless. An employee almost rear ended us then had the audacity to pullover and tell us we were going too slow. He flashed his lights at us and pulled in our driveway when we pulled over to our home. We contacted the business and all they had to say was that it must be the owner or his son. Unbelievable. I will be filing a police report on this business for reckless driving. The picture I’ll be posting was the employee leaning back to avoid a face capture as he sped away.

If you are needing a bed I would highly recommend this place, one of the only mattress stores in the area that has mass stock on everything so you don't have to wait weeks for you mattress.

I came in here as a Hail Mary attempt...I needed new beds for my rental unit with guests checking in at 3 pm the next day. I arrived and spoke with Solomon. I told him my needs and he showed me the most basic model first. Not the most expensive which most sales people will try to sell, but the most reasonable. I went with the next level up, and they had 2 in stock, put them on the truck and delivered to me that afternoon. I also paid for haul-away which was reasonably priced, and would have cost me a lot more to do myself. The delivery people were excellent and even helped me put the mattress protector onto the new bed. Summary: Great experience, walked into the store and within 2 hours had great, reasonably priced beds delivered to my home. Highly Recommend!
