We have never tubed before—I have a 7 and 8 year old—and this place did not disappoint! My kids loved the entire “almost 2 hour” experience and can’t wait to go back again!The weather was perfect. There will always be icy patches (snow plus sun plus cold weather) and there will always be someone not happy but I can tell you that our experience was amazing. The lines were well managed. The staff was friendly. The magic carpet was a lifesaver. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a great experience a couple of years ago at a 10am run, no wait to get on slopes, not too many people, some rain that morning but great experience tubing! Today we ended up going at noon and the weather was on the warmer side. Unfortunately, lanes were soft & rides were slow which happens with the warmer temps. However, what was a bit disappointing was that our 2 hour tubing window was cut short, first about 30 minutes before our session ended the furthest lanes were shut down, then 15 minutes before our session ended all lanes were closed & tubers were ushered off snow while the next group was lined up to start. Not sure if this is regular practice, but disappointing. Still a good time & we will return!

My family and I (ages 3 to 75) absolutely loved Hawksnest Tubing!!! Not only do they have several different runs/lengths to choose from, and belt conveyors that take you back to the top, but they also have someone taking pictures while you are having the time of your life, which are made available to you at the end of your session. They also had us pose for a family shot which is probably my favorite of all the photos from our vacation. The people are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a fun time at hawksnest with kids aged 10,14,17. The older two had hoped for more exhilarating rides but enjoyed it all the same.Friendly staff out on the snow and in the gift shop.Unfortunately not a lot of snow when we were there, all man made. Can't blame them for the weather though!We would come again!

Not enough good things to say! We were a party of 10, and from making (and needing to change) reservations, parking, checking in and then having a blast tubing it was great! The staff were all curtious and helpful! The scheduled time slots make it very easy to get your moneys worth. We were able tube so much, by the time the 1hr 45 min time was up, we were ready for it to be! This was a first time experience for most of us and it is a memory that won't soon be forgotten!

Overall, my family and I had a great time snow tubing! However, there are two reasons why Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline did not earn 5 stars from me:1) I booked our trip for Monday 12/11/23 over a month in advance. On Sunday 12/10/23 at 3:38pm, I received a text that they will be closed on Monday 12/11/23 to make snow in order to open...less than 24 hours notice. We had family traveling up from Florida to make this trip, so our time was very limited. Luckily, we were able to reschedule to Tuesday and it worked out, but in the future, more notice would be nice.2) Once our 1 hour and 45 min of tubing expired we were blocked from going down anymore. This is all fine and good, however, with 4 young kids (all under 7) it would have been nice to get an indication from the staff that the kids would only have 1 final run before they closed the slope. It wasn't busy at all when we went...maybe 6 other people were using the slope that we were on. I think the staff could have done a better job during this changeover period of notifying their customers prior to the changeover so the kids wouldn't get stopped so abruptly.I was able to bring this to the attention of Dustin (?) the assistant manager instead of Brad, the manager, since Dustin was more available. I was basically told, yeah, too bad, that's the way it is.In total, our group of 10 paid more than $350 for tickets. The slopes were fun, but I think the staff can do a bit more to foster and grow the business.

We recently went snow tubing. The slopes were awesome. Although the attraction itself was fun, we experienced very poor customer service. To add to that, some of slopes don't have bags at the end to break your crash. My dad ended up getting a minor concussion; the workers at the bottom of the slope didn't offer any help.

We went for the first time before covid January 2019 . It is one of my favorite tubing spots in Western NC. I love the multiple lanes and choices you have. The only one we found with so many choices. It actually snowed that weekend so snow always everywhere. It was super packed so maneuvering around indoors was cumbersome and not enough restrooms honestly . I’m sure they upgraded in the last 5 yrs

So much fun! I took my 5 year old here for her birthday...she picked to do this(: Our guides Lauren and Jack made my daughter feel safe and confident from the very beginning. Thank you for that! A great activity to do while here, will definitely come again next year! Beautiful scenery the entire way.

Staff was excellent and 18 and 26 year old had a blast today. Two men giving the zip lining tour at noon were great. Love this place for tubing and the zip lining didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back.

Awesome place to Zipline! We did the Hawk Tour as one of our riders didn’t meet the weight requirement for the Eagle Tour.For smaller/lighter riders, even on the Hawk tour there will be some zip lines that require to be rode with a guide, to ensure they make it through the line.The views were gorgeous, which included the mountains of course, creeks, and through trees. The zip lines varied in length, with some really long ones. The 2 guides were nice and helpful. At the end of your zip lines you return to the top of the mountain in a bus.Everyone in our party said they would do it again. Success!

My husband and I went for the Ziplining tours, they did NOT disappoint!!!!Make sure you do both tours, after the first one you will definitely be wanting more!!Our tour guides were amazing, I am terrible with names but I really wish I could remember them so I could give a shout out!10 out of 10

You have to go HERE!!! The tour was unbelievable and the staff Jack (Jersey) and Avery you need to request by Name. We did 11 lines and couldn’t imagine having a better time anywhere else. Very through in rules and safety. Manager Ashley was unbelievable as well. They have a way of making you feel like family during your experience. I wish I could give them more stars!!!

My family and I took a day trip to go snow tubing at Hawksnest Snowtubing and we had the time of our lives!!! Everything was great and well organized from scheduling the session to the very end of our whole experience! All of the staff were so professional, patient and kind! Though the weather was about 50 degrees, it felt a lot colder once we got there so I’m glad we packed our snowsuits! We will definitely be going back when our 2 year old turns 3 so she can have this awesome experience!!!
