Very outspoken woke company that funds child mutilations and hires based on race. Go broke.

The tractor supply in Selma, NC is very poorly managed. They cannot keep products in stock. I have been there on at least 5 occasions where they were constantly out of the feed and hoof care products I needed for my animals. I do not recommend shopping here, take you business elsewhere.

Great little Tractor Supply ? Lots of parking, food trucks in the parking lot, very well stocked, staff was friendly and helpful. Great variety of feed and supplies for most animals. ? ? ? ? ? ?

I went in the store and grabbed a gift card, and walked out. The manager came to my car window and snatched the card out of my hand, and I said I couldn't do that. Why? The card has no value until purchased. Why does it matter that I took a gift card with a little red truck with a Christmas tree in the back. Very poor customer service.

For your own safety and sanity use Caution!! Shop at your own risk. My wife and I were shopping with a tank sold at TSC. A uneducated employee ran up to us screaming and yelling in a very crowded store. Saying that tank can't be in the store. It's a empty tank with label Saying non flammable in green! Then the manager Donald ran up to us yelling also so unprofessional. I pulled out my phone to record his unstable behavior. This escalated him further so he decided to physically smack the phone out of my hand. Originally I thought the recording didn't record but I was able to find it. Read reviews same female employee pushed a ladys husband. I worked with District manager Chris Redmond who originally seemed to be helpful. He reviewed there videos recordings and seen the same problem. Unfortunately we returned to the this store only to have same lady point at my wife and whisper to another employee while we walked in. We're just customer's trying to shop with no problems. Yet we can't because employee's are allowed to yell and scream at customer's plus they are allowed to physically assault them by smacking phones out of their hands. I was willing to allow TSC to internally handle this yet they chose to do nothing. I am now forced to post video on social media along with this posting. I also contacted local magistrate to file charges. All unnecessary if tractor Supply would stop condoning this type of unexceptable behavior. This has to stop. If this was one of Chris Redmond family members or any one else I don't think this would have been allowed. These employee's would be Terminated without question. TSC educate your employees and tell them what products you sell along with under no circumstance should you be hitting customer's!! Below I included TSC mission statement. With above mentioned incident and subsequent visits clearly TSC didn't adhere to any mission statement (respect, accountability) even district manager don't hold employees accountable. They certainly do need change in a major way. Let's hope it dosen't take someone getting injured for TSC to finally take action. Wish this would allow me to upload video. In process of creating YouTube link of incident. As a company focused on living out our Mission and Values, Tractor Supply is committed to “work hard, have fun and make money by providing legendary service and great products at everyday low prices.” This mission statement is supported by 10 values – ethics, respect, balance, winning attitude, communication, development, teamwork, change, initiative, and accountability

Charged me $109 for item that was listed on website at $89. Exact same item. That's false advertising anyway you look at it. Poor business practice. Check online price before handing them your money.

Terrible customer service . Employees are very rude and unprofessional. It is so scary to see the reviews and personally experience how these employees are treating their customers . They should be terminated for their behavior.

During my visit Nicole was so helpful, patient and resourceful. She took extra time to help me and was a joy to work with on my new cub ultimate purchase. Tractor supply of Selma truly has a great person as an associate.

The “manager on duty”, Tyler refused to honor a posted written price tag on an item in the store tonight. Tyler gave several insensible explanations ranging from “ I couldn’t read the price written properly”, the marker just smeared together, and “it is just a miscommunication” When I was trying to explain what was clearly written, he proceeded to get loud, hostile and make derogatory remarks towards me in attempt to justify himself. I have been to numerous tractor supply locations throughout the Carolina’s and have never experienced such a lousy, blatantly rude employee at any store. Attached to this review are photos of the price tag in question on the damaged and lacking packaging product he wanted to make an issue with. I have also zoomed in detail on the spot in question. For him to argue the 06 are supposed to be a % sign is mind boggling when you see the 0 and 6 where written in one fluid motion with the marker and no spacing or gaps. Comparing the penmanship of the 6 in the product number has the same hook as the writing he argues in the pricing section is foolish. The price tag on this product and all others in that section where filled in the same formatting of previous price and dollar amount price below it. The word “off” was also absent from this tag in question despite his continuing argument. There was no need for him to get loud, argue, cuss at me and make derogatory comments over this issue. I have contacted tractor supply corporate and am awaiting response from the actual “store manager” and the district manager.
