At this time try to find a better place.. This florist needs a lot of things to make it a pretty good business. () could not tell how to get in the shop () could not even tell if it was a florist shop () order a corsage and they just placed it in a cardboard box, not a plastic container, () ask for a pin for the corsage and they said they did not have any???() had to ask for a receipt.
In time, I hope this business will be better, Will not be going back.

Stop!! Please don't use this florist.. My wife and I were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and I place an order flowers to be delivered to her work (which is an elementary school). Note Flowers were order (2) days prior now the question is whether the order was received from 1-800-Flowers the day prior or the morning of my Anniversary.. either way the Flower was never received by my wife.. Fast forward to 7:40PM and the florist calls my will asking if she could deliver to her on Monday.. My wife tersely reminded the florist that Monday was a Holiday and she would NOT be back at school on Monday or Tuesday.. What a disastrous Anniversary. I'm upset with 1-800-Flowers for selecting this Florist to fulfill my order and mostly more than upset with this Florist for ruining my Anniversary.

Florist was selected by 1-800-Flowers to make and deliver a floral arrangement ordered by my husband for our 38th Wedding Anniversary. Delivery was to be made to my place of work, specified that delivery needed to occur before 4:20 because delivery was to a school and employees left by 4:30. I receive a call from the delivery person at 7:32 PM stating that they had a flower delivery that for me, however; they see that the school is closed and wanted to deliver the flowers on Monday. I nicely declined the deliver for Monday as Monday is a holiday and schools are closed. Very disappointed with the service and the response for 1-800-Flowers asking why we wouldn't accept the flowers delivery 4days after our anniversary. Husband received an email confirmation stating that the flowers had been delivered when they hadn't!!! We have requested a full refund.

This rating would be a zero Star for me but, I didn't have that option.. I was hoping to surprise my wife with a Flower for our Anniversary. Needless to say this florist didn't meet my minimum expectation.. I'm not sure where the problem lie, whether it's was with 1-800Flowers or with their selected florist either way it was a complete and total failure.. do yourself a favor and place your floral order directly with a Florist that you've spent a minute researching.. Total Ruined My Anniversary

My fiance sent me roses. When I received them Got a closer look at them the Roses were already dying Several of them was already crispy on the back side. For this to be a business I was very disappointed. I recommend no one to use this business.

Should be a zero. My daughter ordered me flowers via an online site and this was the vendor who filled the order. Flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon. Arrived after 7pm. She paid 70 bucks for a substantial mixed arrangement and what showed up was beyond disgraceful. A 10 dollar bouquet at the grocery store would be twice flowers that were In the arrangement. Do NOT use these folks. Total scam. Her money was totally refunded upon sending pics of the arrangement to the online service.

Very dissatisfied with my experience with this florist. It was my birthday, and my guy friend wanted to make a huge impression by sending me a dozen roses, balloons and candy. I only received the flowers and their attempt to fix the problem were to bring it out to me the evening of the next day which never happened on top of a very rude store owner!

There should be a way to give this place a ZERO. They don't deserve even a half star!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SERVICE!!!!!Yesterday I received a delivery of flowers for my birthday. The delivery was promised for my actual birthday, however, my birthday was the day before yesterday. The flowers are terrible and look half-dead. Despite the fact the person who sent the flowers requested only yellow flowers be sent, there was not one single yellow flower in the entire bunch. Once you place an order here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone or speak to a live person. Flowers are expensive and I'm sorry that so much money was wasted on this poor excuse for a flower arrangement. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will be sure and let people know to stay away. You should be ashamed of yourself for running this kind of business.

I order flowers from youflowers.com an it redirected me too this site please save your self a headache an don't order from these people they sent me the wrong flowers and the one's they sent look someone got in a fight with them before they got to me.and they where very small inside the vase didn't look like any of the picture i seen on web site.. so sad

If I could give this business a zero I would. This company has NO integrity, standards, and no professionalism! The flowers are never delivered on the day requested or assured that it will be delivered on. They want return calls once they receive your money. BEWARE & stay away by all means!!!! My flowers suppose to had been delivered on the 31st of October and received two days later so old flowers that looked like they stole from someone grave site!!!

New flowers were delivered, but it took over a month for them to replace the flowers. The flowers were nice, but they should have delivered the correct flowers the first time instead having to deliver a flowers a second time.
