Such a bad experience for my first time buying from them. Do not recommend buying from them, they might be cheaper but I highly suggest you buy directly from Rockem for their boots. The boots I had originally ordered were too big on me so I paid the $33 fee to return them. When they restocked on my size I sent them an email to send me the ones in my size. When I received them they were the same style but a different color from the calf area from the previously ones I ordered. On their website they have both Rockem Katherine Boot pictures in White & Black. I spoke to someone by phone and she told me that they do not check their boxes when they ship them, that they can get sent both colors but she continued to say that since I wasn't specific about which color ones I wanted If I wanted to return them I would have to pay the fee again. Before they shipped them out, I emailed them with the picture of the ones I wanted to verify those would be that ones that are would be sent which they are "BLACK". But she said since you didn't specify "BLACK" in the email they basically sent the ones they wanted. In the first place, if I ordered the Black Katherine Boots the first time those would have been the ones I should have received. But they automatically thought it was the other color that I wanted. I did not know you have to send them an email or call them to "SPECIFY" which ones you want since its not on their policy. They did not do anything to resolve this issue other than a 10% off my next order but what would make you think I would want to buy from them after this happened. Their only excuse was since I didn't specify which ones I wanted if I wanted to return them it would be an additional $33 fee.

The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful, and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Walked out with a pair of nice boots and a hat that they formed to my liking. Will be returning and will bring friends too.
