Store #38 in Elizabeth City is the worst. The night crew are never helpful. Coupons specifically to their store do not work. They won’t take Apple Pay after 10:30 when the 24/7 window is open, and are too lazy to enter a debit card number for a card with a non-working chip. I honestly just can’t believe they wouldn’t put in the bare minimum of effort to take the money I was trying to give them.

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.

Super clean. Always stocked. Clean restroom. Friendly staff has prices are a bit high but at a convenient location. Love the car wash!!

Very friendly group of people, the coffee is always fresh and the restrooms are always clean. They often have 2 for 1 deals on energy drinks.

What a great experience.. I met the nicest gal Margaret who works there.. I was greated by her with a big hello and a bigger smile.. The store was spotless and there was plenty of product.. All the product was fronted and the presentation looked quite inticing.. A great stop and they also offer a car wash.. The outside was also in great shape.. Sooo here ya go.. See ya here.

I love this gas station, the manager is super nice and very helpful. I was taken care of a woman named Brenda and I practically love her to death, she is super nice and sweet. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing gas or a snack.

If I could give 0 stars I would, after being called a "weird looking white boy", sadly Google needs at least one star. This specific gas station's cashiers are especially rude and do not honor their advertised sales. I consistently get charged seperately for the 2/ $2.50 pepsi products and have actually been laughed at when I requested a check on the price/advertised sale. Unfortunately, this is the only 24 hour gas station in Selma, NC. Their cashier, Brenda, is of the most unkind and rudest to me. She has told me to leave the store, as my money is no good there because it is white?? Emails and phone calls to the corporate office do no good as neither of which are ever returned. It amazes me that people actually get paid to treat customers this way.
